Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation, sponsorship, exhibition, registration, attendance, and engagement with Saudi Career Fair 2026 and all related event activities.

1. Definitions

The terms and conditions stipulated within this participation agreement form the contract between the participant and the organizer.

  • Participant / Delegate: Includes sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, advertisers, companies, partnerships, organizations, contractors, suppliers, and agents.
  • Exhibition / Conference: Refers to Saudi Career Fair 2026 and related event activities.
  • Organizer: Refers to The Future Event and its authorized representatives.
  • Site: Includes exhibition halls, event venues, meeting rooms, and all designated event spaces.
  • Contract: Means participation agreement and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Request to Participate

All participation applications must be submitted through official registration channels.

Invoice issuance confirms acceptance of participation and agreement to these terms.

The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject participation requests.

Event schedules, timings, and duration may be changed if required.

3. Participation Fees

  • All participation fees must be paid in full upon invoice issuance.
  • Additional requested services require advance payment.
  • No exhibits or materials may be removed until outstanding dues are cleared.
  • The organizer may charge additional fees in case of default.
Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Participation and sponsorship agreements are non-cancellable.

Full participation fees remain payable in the following cases:

The organizer reserves the right to terminate participation for violations or misconduct.

  • Cancellation
  • No-show
  • Withdrawal from participation

5. Allocation of Exhibition Space

Exhibition spaces are allocated at the organizer’s discretion.

The organizer reserves the right to modify:

Participants are not entitled to compensation due to layout changes.

  • Booth locations
  • Layouts
  • Entrances / exits
  • Exhibition structure

6. Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics / epidemics
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
  • Terrorist acts
  • Utility failures
  • Venue closures
  • Public emergencies
Participation fees may not be refundable in force majeure cases.

7. Event Changes

The organizer may change:

  • Venue
  • Schedule
  • Speakers
  • Programs
  • Event duration
  • Session timings

Such modifications may occur without prior notice if operationally necessary.

8. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to disclose confidential information relating to the organizer, sponsors, exhibitors, or event operations unless legally required.

9. Compensation & Liability

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer against losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from participation.

10. General Conditions

  • The organizer makes no guarantee regarding event success or visitor turnout.
  • The organizer may subcontract event services if necessary.
  • Participants must comply with venue rules and safety instructions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions and related policies form the complete agreement.

If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

12. Governing Law

Disputes should first be resolved amicably.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the event jurisdiction.

13. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within the permitted period, subject to review.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • Substitutions may be allowed.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

14. Unforeseen Circumstances

Saudi Career Fair 2026 may be postponed, modified, or cancelled without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

The organizer shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Public emergencies
  • Transport disruptions
  • Security risks
  • Technical failures
Participation constitutes acceptance of all organizer policies and operational decisions.
